Yellow Vetchling is easily confused with Birdsfoot Trefoil (Lotus corniculatus)! But the flowers in Yellow Vetchling attach at various points along the stem. Whereas those of Birdsfoot Trefoil all radiate from a single point. Also the leaves are quite different.
