Family: Pink Family (Caryophyllaceae)

Flowers: Summer;  White;  5 parts (petals);  Small, on thin stalks.

Leaves: Simple, Entire

Height: Up to 10 cm (4 in);  A small low plant.

Habitat: Fields and Open Areas;  Dry, alvar-like habitat.
