Flowers: Summer;  Green/Brown;  Irregular flowers

Leaves: Only leaves are in a bassal rosette. Green leaves, each with a whitish stripe down the middle. Smooth.

Height: 20-40 cm (8-16 in)

Habitat: Forests;  Deep woods. Shade.

The rosette of leaves. These are the only leaves this plant has. The leaves are smooth, green, with a whitish stripe along the middle.
