Distinctive features: Leaves have two pointy ends near the base. Medium-sized white flowers.

Similar species:
  •   Upright Bindweed (Calystegia spithamaea) - Ends of leaves are rounded. Large white flowers.

  •   Eurasian Black Bindweed (Fallopia convolvulus) - Small greenish flowers.

  •   Hedge Bindweed (Calystegia sepium) - Base ends of leaves are square. Flowers large and sometimes pink.


Flowers: Summer;  White, Red/Pink;  5 parts (petals)

Leaves: Alternate, Simple, Entire

Habitat: Fields and Open Areas
